How and when do I take taketoday™?
We recommend taking one scoop of taketoday™ (5g) everyday in 8-10 OZ of cold water. Shake or stir and drink on an empty stomach or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
We suggest drinking it in the morning on an empty stomach.
How do I know if taketoday™ is right for me?

How do I cancel, skip, or pause my subscription?
You can cancel, skip, or update your subscription at any time from your account page.
Just log in here and click the More button to manage your subscription. This is also where you can skip deliveries if you need a break.
Once an order is processed and with our fulfillment team, we can’t cancel it due to technical limitations. If that’s the case for your recent order, we suggest sharing your taketoday™ with friends or family.

What kind of subscriptions do you offer?

How do I edit delivery frequency?
If you're drinking a scoop of taketoday™ less frequently than daily or traveling, you may find it helpful to adjust your delivery frequency.
Here's how you can do just that:

On Mobile: click 'Edit Frequency' button.
On Desktop: click the 'More' button and then select 'Edit Frequency'
Then update the delivery frequency and set the next order date. Click 'Apply'.
You should see your updated delivery frequency and next order date reflected.

Shipping & Delivery
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team works fast to prepare it for shipment. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancel an order once you’ve received your confirmation email and the 60-minute adjustment window has passed.
If you’d like to stop or adjust an upcoming shipment, please make sure to cancel or modify your subscription before your next order is processed. You can do this anytime in your account or by emailing us at support@drinktaketoday.com.
Your subscription will renew automatically at the frequency and price shown in your order summary unless you cancel before your next order is placed. For more information on cancellations and adjustments, please refer to our subscription management FAQs.
How can I manage my order?
If you need to make edits to your order, you can do so within a 60-minute window by logging in here.
We also make it easy for you to customize your subscription however you would like by logging into our account portal. From here, you can skip deliveries, change delivery dates, and more.
How long will it take to receive my package?
We're fast! Most orders go out the same day if placed before 3pm ET.
If you place your order after 3pm ET, we will likely ship it out the next day. From there, our average order is delivered within 7 days. We do not ship on weekends.
I need to change my address, where can I do that?
You can update your address anytime directly from your account.
Just log in to your account here. Then select "Shipping Information" and edit on the right-hand side of the section.
My order is missing or delayed. What can I do?
You can start by checking your shipping and tracking info; sometimes carriers mark things as delivered a little early.
If it’s still missing after 24 hours, please contact our team at support@drinktaketoday.com, and we’ll help track it down or send a replacement if necessary.

You can enjoy all drinks in a daily scoop at once. It's up to you! However, each scoop has been optimized for daily dosages, so be sure to enjoy our drink each day.
How much comes in a bag?
Each package contains 30 daily servings, also known as scoops. Each scoop is measured by weight at about 5g, essentially a small scoop and just the right size for your daily taketoday™ goodness!
What measures do you take to ensure the quality of taketoday™?
Every lot of our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure quality and purity across label claims, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants.
In addition, we regularly conduct testing with Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in laboratory testing, to validate that our product meets label claims across 9 essential superfoods, antioxidants, and adaptogen extract ingredients and surpass quality and safety standards across 99 pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants.

HSA/FSA Reimbursement
How do I submit for reimbursement with Truemed?
How It Works: Using TrueMed for HSA/FSA Reimbursement
Step 1: Checkout as usual: Complete your order with a regular credit or debit card (not your HSA/FSA card). This avoids compliance headaches and ensures your purchase goes through smoothly.
Step 2: Complete the TrueMed health survey: After checkout, you’ll receive a link from TrueMed to fill out a quick health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers and, if appropriate, issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).
Step 3: Submit your claim: Take your receipt and LMN, then submit them to your HSA/FSA administrator through their claims portal. If it’s your first time, TrueMed provides step-by-step guidance to make the process simple.
Step 4: Get reimbursed & keep saving: Once your claim is approved, you’ll be reimbursed with pre-tax dollars from your HSA/FSA. Your LMN stays valid for 12 months, so you can continue using your HSA/FSA benefits at Grüns without redoing the survey.

Can I use my HSA/ FSA card at taketoday™?
It’s best not to check out directly with an HSA or FSA card. For the smoothest experience, use your regular debit or credit card and then submit your receipt for reimbursement.
That way, you’re more likely to get it approved through TrueMed without any hassle.
Are there fees associated with using Truemed's services?
There is no cost to you for using TrueMed!
How long does HSA or FSA reimbursement take?
For most FSA/HSA administrators, your expenses will be approved within days when you submit your claim for reimbursement along with your receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity.
The exact timing will vary based on your administrator.
Do I need to take Truemed’s survey every time I make a purchase from taketoday™?
If you have already received a Letter of Medical Necessity for purchasing specific products from taketoday™, you do not need to complete Truemed’s survey again so long as your Letter of Medical Necessity remains valid.
Letters of Medical Necessity are typically valid for 12 months after they are first issued. You do still need to submit your receipts for reimbursement with your HSA/FSA administrator.
What if my reimbursement is rejected by my administrator?
Please contact TrueMed directly via email at support@truemed.com so they can assist you in troubleshooting the issue.
HSA/FSA plan administrators often have detailed requirements, so it may be as simple as re-issuing your Letter of Medical Necessity using the administrator’s form.
